William T. Shriver
Mr. Shriver oversees and manages all facets of Hospitality leasing for FFO. He is a highly skilled restaurant and real estate professional with an accomplished career that goes back over forty years. He most recently was a co-owner of the successful Tark’s Grill in Lutherville, Maryland. Before it was sold in September 2016, Tark’s Grill was open for eight and a half years and averaged over $4.25 million a year in sales. He created the original concept, was influential in the design and served as the Owner Operator.
Prior to opening Tark’s, for fourteen years Mr. Shriver was a Regional Manager for a national chain, Grill Concepts, Inc. and as such he opened and operated nine Daily Grill restaurants in California, Houston Texas, Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. Daily Grill’s were upscale casual themed restaurants doing from $3.5 million to $5 million in sales. In California, Mr. Shriver opened Daily Grill’s in Studio City, Encino, West Hollywood, and Palm Desert. In Washington D.C. he opened the first restaurant outside of California at 18th and M Streets. Next In Washington D.C. came the Daily Grill that opened in the historic Georgetown Inn. Mr. Shriver also oversaw the opening of Daily Grill’s in the Houston Galleria Westin Hotel, The Hyatt in Bethesda Maryland, The Tyson’s Galleria, Tyson’s Corner, Virginia.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Shriver worked in Boston as a commercial leasing agent for Restaurant Brokers of America and was also a previous co-owner of the hugely successful Mt. Washington Tavern in Baltimore, Maryland.
