About: Scott Fisher

For more than 30 years, Scott Fisher has worked in the shopping center industry.

Mr. Fisher, also a founding Principal, focuses on the company’s operational and marketing duties as they pertain to specific projects. Additionally, he manages accounts through leasing services to many of the highly sought after national brands such as Coach, Michael Kors, J Crew, Polo Ralph Lauren, Vineyard Vines, Ann Taylor, Abercrombie & Fitch, Restoration Hardware and Under Armour to name a few.

Mr. Fisher started his career in 1987 with Western Development Corporation in Washington DC, which later became the Mills Corporation, the creator of the value mega mall concept called the “Mills”.  His duties there ranged from heading up the Leasing Administration Department to Asset Management.

In 1997, Mr. Fisher joined Horizon Group Inc. out of McLean, Virginia and became a Director of Leasing for Factory Outlets.  While at Horizon, his primary focus was on a portfolio of centers based in Texas.

The bulk of the HGI portfolio was transferred to Prime Retail in 1998, where Mr. Fisher held the position of Vice President/Leasing until the inception of FFO in September 2010.  During his tenure at Prime, a great deal of his time was spent on leasing projects in markets such as Orlando, Austin/San Antonio, Chicago, San Juan, and Baltimore/Washington.  The repositioning of these assets was made possible in part, by the relationships Fisher formed with key brands over the years.

Mr. Fisher is a 1985 graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Community Development.
