The Outlets at Lake George announced Wednesday that the national chain discount bookseller Book Warehouse will open in April.
The 4,000-square-foot tenant will join American Eagle Outfitters as the newest businesses coming to the popular outlet area. It will be on the east side near near Michael Kors and Pepper Palace. American Eagle is slated to open early this summer.

While much of brick and mortar retail has suffered due to the pandemic, outlet centers such as the ones in Lake George — as well as Wrentham Premium Outlets in Massachusetts and Woodbury Common in Orange County — all often saw lines of shoppers waiting to get in the doors.
Experts say the fact outlet centers are typically outdoors — and offer significant discounts — appeals to shoppers, especially over the past year.
